You may already know that Nigeria has a dependency on crude oil.

  1. Are you aware that all over the world Nigerians are setting the pace and becoming the standard by which others measure themselves
  1. Do you know in the US , Nigerians are the most educated immigrants community . Type it into Google (Who are the most educated immigrant community in the US) and you’ll see it. Not one of the most educated, the most educated.

The Imafidon  are Britain’s smartest family and have become international models of academic achievement. Dr. Chris Imafidon and Ann Imafidon came from Edo State, Nigeria, to London over 30 years ago and made no excuses in educating their five children, who have broken national records in education. All of the children have made a list of achievements that continue to grow.   “If you really want a child to learn anything, find out the best way that child learns,” says Imafidon. . “Every human being has a unique way of learning.” Anne-Marie, 23, the eldest child, is multi-lingual.   1. The world’s fastest super computer was designed by a world renowned inventor and scientist Philip Emeagwali, a full blown Nigerian whose patency was awarded in 2015.
  1. The wealthiest black man and woman on earth are Nigerians Aliko Dangote and Mrs Folorunsho Alakija. Both have no trace of criminal record of any kind.

  1. South Africa couldn’t have ended apartheid and achieved black rule if not for the leadership role Nigeria played.

Nigeria spent over $3billion and lost hundreds of soldiers to end the wars in both Liberia and Sierra Leone, which were ignored for a considerable period by the west.  However it must be said that after about a decade of carnage and instability the UK under Tony Blair intervened. For which Sierra Leone and Liberia are extremely grateful to all who helped end the bloodshed.
  2. Nigeria restored elected Sao Tome and Principe President after a coup in 2003. Organised by God knows who.

17. Nigeria  gave  monetary gifts to Ireland during the oil boom and built a statue for France free of charge. Nigerians  are not poor blacks. Nigeria is rich                   don’t be lied to.

Where ever you look in this great country,  Nigeria’s heroes  abound both now and in our recent and ancient past.  If all you do is listen to mainstream western media, you’ll not get the full picture of Nigeria’s heritage.  Do not listen to leaders who say Nigerians are  criminals, no matter who they are and  in what  position or capacity they claim to be coming from.   Nigerians are not a nation of scammers, drug dealers, practicing corruption , but a people with a verifiable track record of greatness.

This  is what  CNN, BBC, Aljezeera  and western media will not tell you about Nigeria, above pictures of Nigeria’s premier commercial city Lagos, Victoria Island.

  1. On the 7th May 2016 at Howard university in Washington DC, history was made . Out of the 96 graduating Doctors of Pharmacy, 43 of them were Nigerians and out of 27 awards given 16 went to Nigerians .

The entire world envies Nigeria uniqueness and togetherness despite ethnic  diversity. One single country with 400 languages, living in a democracy. Not perfect by stable

  1. There are over 180 million Nigerians world over and less than 250k of this figure have traceable criminal records, despite the efforts of the detractors of Africa and the Swiss banks and bribery offered and encouraged by the west. This is about 0.14% of the  entire population  in the last 20 years ,   USA with a population of approx. 320 million has a prison population of  approx. 2 million – 0.625% and the UK with a population approx. 64 million has a prison population of 80k – 0.125%.. Nigerians  are no more or less corrupt than western countries.

  • For God mighty to restore peace to Northern Nigeria and put an end to Boko Haram’s rule of terror
  • For the gospel of Christ to be preached and practiced freely in the Northern states
  • For continued economic prosperity and academic success for all Nigerians and indeed all Africans
